Who Is The AZW?

The AZW is a very thin, very bright, exceptionally funny and provacative young woman who also happens to be extremely edgy. And thin. The term AZW refers to the fact that her very thin body is adorned with many, many decorative zippers. These zippers mark the sites where advanced medical procedures have been utilized to turn an otherwise normal lady into something of a bionic wonder. Please understand, these zippers do not detract from her overall beauty. And thanks to them, she is alive. Did I mention, she is very thin.

One of the zippers mentioned above is the result of a heart transplant that the AZW received in May of 2005. She has made it part of her mission to encourage others to DONATE LIFE.

A Word From Perpetua

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Perpetua and I am the AZW's new heart. It took me a couple of months to get used to her, but we've settled into a great relationship now. She asked me to share our MISSION STATEMENT.

We just want to say a few words about why we blog. As anyone can tell you, the AZW always has lots to say. A blog provides us with a forum to discuss and share anything we desire. We consider this a great privilege, and realize that we also have a responsibility - to our readers and to ourselves. We will make every attempt to be fair. We hope to entertain, inform, and sometimes irritate you. Now, join hands and hearts with us as we take a little journey together.
